My name is Constance Thomas, and I am honored to join Cougar Nation as your new principal! With 16 years of experience in education, I have served in various roles, including PreK-5th grade teacher, academic coach, and assistant principal—and now, I am privileged to lead JW Coon Elementary.
I am excited to see our scholars excel and to build strong, meaningful relationships with fellow scholars, staff, and families. My philosophy is simple: inspire greatness, foster positive relationships, and promote success in everything we do.
At JW Coon Elementary, we are committed to supporting our students' social, emotional, and academic growth in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our goal is to provide a high-quality education that lays the foundation for our students to be competitive and successful in today’s world.
